Volvo Cross Country
Manufacturability is decided at the design table. We join during concept and design to influence assembly, testability, cost of goods and supply chain before the design is frozen - so the first series is not the first time we find out. Design for Assembly (DfA) | Design for Cost (DfC) | Design for Quality | Test strategy & tooling concepts | Technical product documentation review
Industrialization & NPI
Holodeck
Our goal is reliable and reproducible production of the validated design, at the best cost, with dependable lead times and the best quality. We build the process, the tooling and the evidence that it works. Process flow & control plan | pFMEA | Work instructions & poka-yoke | Assembly and test tooling | Measurement system analysis | Move-rate analysis & ramp-up readiness

5,000 m2 of ESD assembly, a grade-2 cleaning street with bake-out and RGA, and 130 m2 ISO 6 and 400 m2 ISO 7 cleanrooms focused on UHV and EUV cleanliness. One-piece flow, World Class Manufacturing based on the Shingo principles, and a daily management system that keeps quality and delivery visible on the floor. Mechatronic, optical and systems assembly , ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified
Supply chain

One point of ownership for the whole bill of materials and the whole lifecycle. We build and manage a supply base that carries your roadmap - a global supply chain for local use - and we keep your product buildable long after launch.
Localization in Asia
Sioux Kadaster
Serve your Asian customers locally and de-risk your supply chain - without giving up IP, quality or control. We start with a business case on the parts that carry your cost, qualify local suppliers to your own standards, and move assembly step by step: subassemblies first, complete systems next.

Vecos 1

Smart Locker System

The customer’s challenge Vecos wants to improve its locker systems by making them more intelligent, by enabling them to communicate with the users and thereby reducing the total amount of lockers needed, and so supporting the modern hybrid workplace. Users can access their lockers via badges or can use a mobile app to easily find and access available lockers, allocate a locker from home, or open their locker remotely. Meaning more flexibility for the user and less hassle for the facility manager. Sioux’s contribution Sioux developed the ‘Releezme’ software platform, which consists of a cloud-based back-end and website that manages the customer’s lockers for all locations around the world. Next to that, Sioux develops the entire terminal software stack and develops and manufactures the locker terminal hardware. Powered by data, the SaaS-based Vecos Smart Locker system is fully customizable to tailor to each client’s needs and provides powerful management insight. It speaks the same language as other leading Workplace IT and IoT platforms, and with 90+ unique live API integrations, can be fully integrated into any smart office IT ecosystem. Result The first version of Releezme was installed in June 2016 in a high-tech building in Sweden. The system now connects more than 1 million lockers worldwide to the cloud and makes them accessible to more than 2 million daily users.
